덕 (德) !
"덕(德)"은 수 많은 어려움을 극복하고 얻은 "수양(修養)의 산물(産物)"이며 "노력의 결과"
입니다.
덕에는 음덕(陰德)과 양덕(陽德)이 있는데,
음덕은 남에게 알려지지 않은 선행(善行) 을 말하고,
같은 선행이라도 남에게 알려진 덕을 양덕이라고 합니다.
세상에는 스스로 빛과 향기를 드러내는 존재와 제 스스로는 아무 것도 드러내지 않으면서 다른 존재들이 빛과 향기를 낼 수 있도록 돕는 존재가 있습니다.
바로 물과 꽃이 그렇습니다.
아름다운 꽃을 피울 수 있도록 생명력을 불어넣는 물은 항상 가장 낮은 곳으로 흐르면서 세상의 온갖 때를 다 씻어줍니다.
바위와 험한 계곡을 마다하지 않고 모든 생명을 위해 묵묵히 그리고 쉬지 않고 흐르며 생명을 낳고 키웁니다.
그런 물과 같은 사람, 물과 같은 인생이야 말로 가장 아름답고 향기로운 존재라 말할 수 있습니다.
다들 제 빛깔과 향기를 드러내기 위해 치열하게 경쟁하는 이 세상에서 물과 같은 사람이 없다면 세상은 한 순간에 시들어 버릴 것입니다.
사람들은 대부분 물과 같은 존재가 얼마나 소중한 것인지 알면서도 그 물의 역할은 다른 사람이 해주길 바랍니다.
그리고 스스로는 그 물의 덕을 보려고 살핍니다.
세상에서 꽃과 같은 사람만 있고 물과 같은 사람이 사라진다면 어떻게 될지 그 결과를 추론하는 것은 그리 어렵지 않습니다.
그럼에도 불구하고 남에게 무엇을 베풀면서 반대급부를 바라지 않고 음덕(陰德)을 쌓고 살아가는 사람을 찾는다면 우리 주변에서 어렵지 않게 발견 할 수 있습니다.
음덕을 쌓는 사람 에게는 대우주 (하늘) 에서 베푸 는 양보와 은혜가 주어집니다.
옛 선인(先人) 들이 우리에게 전해준 교훈 가운데 "작은 일이라도 선한 것이 아니면 행하기를 두려워하고,
좋은 일이라고 생각 되면 망설이지 말고 과감하게 행하라"는 가르침 이 있습니다.
작은 선(善)도 쌓이면 큰 덕(大德)이 되고, 자신은 물론 가정 과 사회, 국가발전 에도 도움이 됩니다.
반면에 작은 악(惡)이 쌓이면 대악이 되며, 쇠에서 생긴 녹이 제 몸을 깎아 먹듯 스스로를 파괴 합니다.
그래서 노자는 물을 상선약수(上善 若水) 라고 하여 "최고의 선은 물과 같다."고 설파하였습니다.
물은 그릇에 담길 때 자신의 모양을 고집하지 않고 그릇의 모양대로 담기는 것을 볼 수 있습니다.
그러므로 자신를 버림으로써 지고지순(至高至純)의 본래 모습을 유지합니다.

(Virtue!
"Deok" is a "産 of cultivation" gained by overcoming numerous difficulties and "the result of hard work."
It is.
There are 陰 and Yangdeok in virtue,
Eomdeok refers to good deeds that are not known to others,
Even if it is the same good deed, the virtue known to others is called Yangdeok.
There are beings in the world that reveal light and scent on their own, and those that help other beings produce light and scent without revealing anything on their own.
Water and flowers.
Water, which invigorates life to make beautiful flowers, always flows to the lowest point, washing away all the time in the world.
Regardless of the rocks and rough valleys, they flow silently and nonstop for all life to give birth and raise life.
A person like water, a life like water, is the most beautiful and fragrant being.
In this world where everyone competes fiercely to reveal their colors and fragrances, the world would wither in one moment without someone like water.
Most people know how precious being like water is, but they want someone else to play the role of water.
And I look at it myself to see the virtue of the water.
It's not that hard to deduce the consequences of what would happen if there were only people like flowers in the world and people like water disappeared.
Nevertheless, if you find someone who builds 陰 and lives without wishing for a benefit in return while giving something to others, you can find it around us without difficulty.
Those who build virtue are given concessions and grace from Daewooju (Heaven).
Among the lessons that the old good men taught us, "They fear to do even a small thing if it is not good, and they fear to do it,
There is a teaching that if you think it's a good thing, don't hesitate to do it boldly.
If small good things are accumulated, they become great virtues, and they help not only yourself, but also your family, society, and national development.
On the other hand, when small evils (惡) accumulate, they become great evils,
and the rust from the iron destroys itself like it eats away at my body.
So Lao-tzu preached that "the best line is the same as water" by calling water the Sangseon 若.
When water is placed in a bowl, you can see that it is put in the shape of the bowl without sticking to its shape.
Therefore, by abandoning yourself, you maintain the original appearance of the 至 至純.
