千金菜 (상추) □

우리들이 즐겨 먹는 
상추의 또 다른 이름은 천금채다
옛날에는 상추 씨앗이 귀했고 조상들은 씨앗을 살때
천금을 주고 샀다고 해서 일명 천금채라고 했다고 한다

동의 보감에 의하면 
상추의 효능은...
 
1. 몸에 독소를 없애준다
