고난(苦難)과
    시련(試鍊)"이
    연마시키는 인생

서양 속담에
"흐르는 시냇물에서
돌들을 치워 버리면
그 냇물은
노래를 잃어버린다"는
말이 있듯이

우리의 인생에 
고난과 시련의
돌을 치워 버리면
아름다운
노래를 들을 수
없게 됩니다.

'할렐루야'를 작곡한
'헨델'은
건강이 매우 나빠져
병을 고치기 위해
재산을
모두 탕진하고
그러고도
돈이 모자라서
남의 돈을
빌려 썼습니다.

그리고
건강도 찾지 못했고
돈도 갚지 못했습니다.

결국은  반신불수의
비참한 상태로
감옥에
갇히고 말았습니다.

그는 불행했고
고통스러웠습니다.
그러나
연주를 듣던
왕도 일어섰다는
불후의 명작
<할렐루야>를
작곡한 곳은
바로
이 감옥이었습니다.

불후의 명작
<할렐루야>를
작곡한 '혠델'이
호화스럽고
행복한
위치에 있었다면
오늘날
전 세계적으로
널리 알려진
'헨델의  할렐루야'를
작곡하지
못했을 것입니다.

그러나
돈도 건강도 찾지
못하고
비참하게 감옥에
갇혀 있으면서
얼마나
혼신의 힘을 다해
열정을
불살랐으면
<할렐루야>란 곡을
작곡 했을까요?

우리들도
인생 살아가면서
어떠한 고통과
시련이 온다해도
실망하고
좌절하여
쓰러지는 자가 아니라

오뚜기처럼
그 고통과
시련을 딛고 일어나
'헨델'처럼
제2의 인생을
창출하는
사람이 되어야
하겠습니다.

비가
산과 들을
가려서 내리고
바람이
나무와 풀을
가려서 불던가
바위틈
작은 풀꽃에도
비는 내리고
갈대밭
풀벌레 소리에도
바람은 다녀가네

풍랑이 치고
해일이 일다가도
파아란 하늘이
얼굴을 내밀면
제 가슴 쓸어안고
고요해지는
바다여
살다보면 누구나
울고 싶을 때가
있다
울어야 할 때가 있다

고난 없는 삶을
바라지 마라
고난은
견딜 수 있을 만큼
주어지는 아픔이고
보람은
견뎌낸 만큼
얻어지는 기쁨이다.
오늘 내 몸이
수고로워야
내일
내 마음이
풍요롭거늘
무엇이든 쉽게
구하려 하지마라

눈물 없는
삶을 바라지 마라
울지 않고
태어날 수 없듯
울지 않고는
살아갈 수 없는 세상
하루를 사는 데도
걱정이 많거늘
한평생 사는 데야
말해서 무엇하리.

In our lives 
hardship and trial

Beautiful
I can listen to the song
It won't be there.

I wrote "Hallelujah"
"Hendel" is
He's in a bad shape
to cure a disease
Property
Let's use up all the money
And then
I'm short of money
a person's money
I borrowed it.

And
I couldn't find my health
I couldn't even pay back the money.

in the end, half-hearted
in a miserable state
in prison
I got trapped.

He was unhappy
It was painful.
But
listening to the performance
The king also stood up
an immortal masterpiece
"Hallelujah"
I wrote the song
Right now
It was this prison.

While living my life
What kind of pain and
Even if the ordeal comes
in disappointment
in frustration
It's not the one who falls down

Like a locust
The pain and
I stand up after my ordeal

My heart
a rich street
with ease
Don't try to save me

tearless
Don't ask for life
I won't cry
as if you can't be born
without crying
a world in which one cannot live
Even if you live a day
I have a lot of worries
It's a place where I live for the rest of my life
It's no use talking.)
