감정(感情)이 메마르면
      몸이 빨리늙는다

대부분(大部分)의 사람들은 사람이 늙어가는 것을 주름살로 알 수 있다고 생각하나,
인간(人間)의 노화(老化)는 지력(智力)이나
체력(體力)보다 감정에서 먼저 시작(始作) 된다고 한다.

감정이 늙어가는 것에는 여러가지 징조(徵兆)가 있는데

- 웃음이 사라진다.
- 눈물이 메말라간다.
- 아름답다는 생각을 못한다.
- 흥(興)이 없어진다.
- 표정(表情)이 어둡다.
- 공격적(攻擊的)이며 사나워진다.

젊은 사람들 중에도 감정이 메마른 사람들이 있는데,
그런 사람들일 수록 노화가 빨리 진행(進行)될 가능성(可能性)이 높다.

여자(女子)가 남자(男子)보다 더 오래 사는 이유(理由)도 공감력(共感力)과 감성(感性)이 뛰어나고, 자기 감정에 솔직(率直)하기 때문이다.

빨리 늙고 싶지 않고, 보다 우아(優雅)하고 곱게 나이 들고 싶다면
